In terms of rigging and animating, my experience has unique. Rigging is something that I learned about a year ago, while animating is something I have played with for almost four years, I started animating in Blender, but my primary tool for 3d work is now 3ds Max. From the 3d work that I have done, I can honestly say that I despise the process of rigging with every fiber of my being, because not only is it precise and hard work, I do not have the patience to sit down and get it over with, but on the other hand rigging is a necessary step in order to animate, which I greatly enjoy. Through learning about the animation process and it"s steps, I have developed a whole new level of appreciation for the people who not only do this for the video games I enjoy, but also for those who do this to make web and television shows as well as as movies. In conclusion, although I have learned many thing about 3d animation in the past five years, I can confidently say that 3d animation is not my thing.
